Healthy Snacking: Puffed Millet Peanut-Chocolate Bars I love healthy snacks that aren't filled with additives or excessive amounts of added sugar. That is why I want to share this recipe for Puffed Millet Peanut-Chocolate Bars. These bars are a perfect guilt-free snack for both kids and adults. They are naturally gluten-free and lactose-free, provided you use a dairy-free dark chocolate. What you’ll need: 180g puffed millet 70g natural peanut butter 35g honey 24g + 1/2 tsp coconut oil 64g dark chocolate How to make them: 1: Melt the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil in a pot over low heat. 2: Stir in the puffed millet until fully coated. 3: Transfer the mixture to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and press down firmly. 4: Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl using a double boiler along with 1/2 tsp of coconut oil. 5: Spread the melted chocolate mixture evenly over the millet layer. 6: Let it cool completely, slice into bars, and serve. #cooking #lifestyle #healthyrecipes #puffedmillet #cleaneating #glutenfree #lactosefree
